2012 (Senior): Played and started in nine games for the Big Red ... made 24 stops with 5 sacks ... on Oct. 27 against Wittenberg Nat had a season high two sacks ... was a semifinalist for the 2012 National Football Foundation Fellowship ... was named to the Capital One Academic All-District team for the third time in his career.

2011 (Junior): Became Denison's 61st Capital One Academic All-America selection in 2011 ... he is the sixth Denison football player to earn Academic All-America honors ... started all 10 games for the Big Red ... forced and recovered a fumble and made 24 tackles on the season, including seven tackles for loss ... named first-team Capital One Academic All-District ... winner of the 2012 Ted Barclay Top Five Award.

2010 (Sophomore): Started all ten games on the defensive line ... recorded 42 tackles, including 14.5 tackles for a loss, eight sacks, and one forced fumble ... was named Honorable Mention All-NCAC and first-team ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District ... made seven stops against Oberlin (Oct. 30).

2009 (Freshman): Played in all ten games and made two starts on the defensive line ... made 24 stops including 4.5 for loss ... made five stops, including 1.5 sacks against Wittenberg (Oct. 31).

Personal: Computer science and math double major  ... honored at Denison Athletics Top-50 banquet in 2012 and 2013 ... son of James and Nancy Kell ... graduated Summa Cum Laude from Upper Arlington High School.
