2012 (Senior): Started all 10 games on the Big Red defensive line and was named for he second time to the second-team All-NCAC team ... finished the year with 37 tackles, including 5.5 sacks and tied for the team high with 11.5 tackles for loss with one blocked kick ... had a season high 2 sacks against Wooster on Sept. 29 ... appeared in all 40 games in his career as a member of the Big Red.

2011 (Junior): Started nine of ten games for the Big Red defense and was named second-team All-NCAC after finishing sixth in the conference in sacks (6.5), sixth in tackles for a loss (19) and leading the conference in forced fumbles.  He posted 42 tackles and blocked two kicks on special teams ... was tied for third on the team with 42 tackles ... led the team with three forced fumbles, 14.0 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks ... posted five tackles for loss on Oct. 8 against Chicago.

2010 (Sophomore): Started all 10 games for the Big Red defensive line ... made 36 stops on the season, including 6.0 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks ... posted a season-high eight tackles and a nine-yard sack in the Sept. 18 win over Hiram ... recovered a fumble in the Oct. 9 meeting with Chicago.

2009 (Freshman): Appeared in all 10 games and made seven tackles, including three tackles for loss.

Personal: Economics major with a minor in history ... son of Brad and Shelly Hartfield ... member of the National Honor Society at Newark Catholic High School.
