Granville, Ohio — The Denison women's soccer team played Mount Union to a 0-0 draw on Sunday afternoon at Kienzle-Hylbert Stadium.
The Big Red carried the attack throughout, finishing with a 15-3 advantage in shots and a 5-0 edge in corner kicks. Denison pushed hard after halftime, outshooting the Purple Raiders 11-1 in the second period, but could not break through.
Senior goalkeeper Molly Noga stopped a pair of shots she faced to record her 18th career shutout, while Mount Union's keeper tallied four saves to keep the game level.
With the result, Denison moves to 2-2-2 on the season, while Mount Union sits at 2-1-1.
