Granville, Ohio - The College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association (CSCAA) announced its 2025 Scholar All-America Teams and Individual All-America recipients. The Denison men's and women's teams were both recognized as Scholar All-America teams for the spring 2025 semester. The Denison women's team finished the year with a team GPA of 3.59, while the men's team achieved a team GPA of 3.44.
To qualify for recognition, teams needed a combined grade point average of 3.00 or higher during the spring 2025 semester. Denison's programs were among the 763 teams from 432 institutions recognized this year. A total of 18,459 students were honored for their outstanding academic achievements.
The Big Red had a total of 33 men's and women's student-athletes earn Scholar All-American honors, with 29 honored as first-team Scholar All-Americans and four as second-team Scholar All-Americans. Over 2,700 swimmers and divers were named to the Scholar All-American team this year. Of those recognized, almost half (48%) of the student-athletes majored in a STEM-related field.

To earn First-Team Scholar All-America honors, student-athletes must have a minimum GPA of 3.50 and participate in their respective national championship. Second-Team selections also needed a GPA of 3.50 or higher and had to meet the "B" time standard for the national championship or participate in a diving zone qualification meet.
