Annapolis, Md.- Denison women's squash falls to No.1 4 Georgetown 8-1 in its second matchup of the season. The Big Red move to 0-2 on the season, while the Hoyas start their season with a victory.
Despite Denison falling to Georgetown 8-1, the Big Red's Charlotte Jones held her own and defeated the Hoya's top-seeded player, Sanah Syed, in three straight games, beating her 11-8, 11-6, 11-3. Additionally, Denison would have four different players put up at least six points in a game against their Division I opponents. Â
