NCAC Semifinals (Denison 0, Wittenberg 3) (11-25, 14-25, 18-25)

The Big Red traveled to Springfield, Ohio, to take on the regular season NCAC champions in Wittenberg University. In front of an energized crowd, the Big Red struggled to get their footing early. Wittenberg jumped out to a controlling 6-0 lead. Building off the momentum, Wittenberg led by as much as 16 in the opening set. Kate Sicklick and Claire Hamilton recorded late kills to give the Big Red team life heading into the second set.

In the second set, the Big Red played the Tigers close to start. However, Wittenberg played into a seven-point swing that seemingly silenced Denison's push. The Big Red dropped to 2-0 in the match following the 25-14 loss.

In the third and final set, the Big Red packed their most powerful punch of the day. Trailing early, the Big Red rattled off an eight-point swing courtesy of kills from Sicklick, Hamilton, Carolina Parkhurst, and Devon Moore. Ultimately, the Denison flame was snuffed as Wittenberg was able to complete the sweep with a 25-18 win.
