Game 1 (Denison 9, Oberlin 4)
- After two groundouts to start the bottom of the first, a walk by Ari Fierer was followed by an RBI-double down the left field line by Danny Alvarez and then an RBI-single to center by Daniel Spencer to put Denison ahead 2-0.
- In the bottom of the third, another walk by Fierer, this time to lead off the inning, led to another run as he scored from second base on a one-out single through the left side by Jake Welsch.
- In the fourth, Charlie Glennon led off with a single through the left side before Fierer walked for the third time in the game, keeping the inning alive for the second RBI-hit of the game by Alvarez, this time a single to left center to score Glennon from second and make it 4-1 Big Red.
- Welsch added to his RBI total with a two-out, two run-double to right center in the bottom of the sixth to double up Denison's lead from 5-3 to 7-3.
- In the end, Denison scored in every inning except the second.
- Alvarez finished 3-for-4 with two runs scored and two RBI's while Welsch was 3-for-5 with three RBI's.
- Kenny Lippman (5-1) pitched 5.2 innings allowing five hits, three total runs and two earned runs while striking out 11 to earn the win before George Viebrock earned his second save of the season with 3.1 innings pitched allowing five hits, one run and one walk.

Game 2 (Denison 5, Oberlin 1)
- Denison trailed 1-0 after the top of the first in game two, but from there it would be all Perrett (7-1), who pitched four 1-2-3 innings and finished with a line of five hits, one run, one walk and 10 strikeouts across all nine innings.
- Oberlin would not have the lead for long as in the bottom of the first, Eric Colaco led off with a single up the middle, stole second base, and then quickly scored on a double to right center field by Dylan Hunter to tie it. Two battles later, another RBI-double, this time by Alvarez, scored Hunter and put the Big Red ahead 2-1.
- Colaco manufactured another run in the fifth as he came up with a bunt single with one out, stole second base, advanced to third on a fly out to center field by Hunter, and then scored on an infield single to second base by Fierer to make it 3-1.
- Colaco was the lone Big Red player with two hits in game two as he finished 2-for-3 with two runs scored. He also stole two bases during both games.
