Kristen Skroski begins her third year as an assistant coach with the Denison University swimming & diving programs in 2025-26.
The 2025-26 men's swimming and diving season continued their success by winning their second consecutive Division III NCAA national championships and NCAC championships. The season was highlighted by 2 individual national champions, winning a total of four events together, and a NCAA record-breaking men's 800 freestyle relay.
In the 2025-26 season for the women's swimming and diving team, the team finished fourth at the 2026 NCAA Championships in Indianapolis, Indiana for the second year in a row with 304 points. It was highlighted by 24 All-American performances over the course of the 4-day meet.
The 2024-25 men’s swimming and diving season brought immense success once again, this time achieving the greatest feat: winning the program’s sixth NCAA national championship IN Greensboro, North Carolina. The season was also highlighted by a win over Kenyon in the regular season, and capturing the NCAC Championship, finishing 419.5 points ahead of second-place Kenyon. The team saw 36 All-American performances, with 16 earning first-team and 15 getting second-team. Three swimmers were also named Academic All-Americans, and 18 were recognized as CSCAA Scholar All-Americans.
In the 2024-25 season for women’s swimming and diving, the team finished fourth at the 2025 NCAA Championships, and highlighted the season with 26 All-Americans. The team would finish second at the NCAC Championships just behind Kenyon, and would stay in the top-five consistently throughout the season and finish fourth in the nation. The Big Red had three members of the team named Academic All-Americans, and 15 members were selected CSCAA Scholar All-Americans.
Skroski has previous swim coaching experience at the Cypress Fairbanks Aquatic Club (Fleet Swimming; Cypress, Texas; 2017-2023) and Amity Regional Aquatic Club (Orange, Conn.; 2008-2017).
Skroski was a four-year NCAA Division I varsity athlete at Bucknell University (Lewisburg, Pa.), where she was a three-time All-Patriot League swimmer and was a two-time Academic All-Patriot League selection. In 2008, she was voted as the team’s MVP and was a Frazier-Grunow award recipient for her dedication and leadership in swimming.
Skroski earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Behavior from Bucknell University in 2008.
