Elyssa LaBine is in the midst of her second year at Denison University serving as an assistant athletic trainer.
LaBine earned her Master of Science degree in athletic training from Ohio University in May 2023 and earned her Bachelor of Art degree in exercise science (health science minor) from Wittenberg University in May 2019. She played college softball at both Wittenberg (2017-19) and Muskingum University (2016) and was the Athletic Training Club Treasurer at Ohio University. She also worked as a Sports Epidemiology Intern and as a Sports Medicine Manager at Wittenberg.
At Worthington Kilbourne High School she was a two-year varsity letter winner and a two-year team captain in softball while also working in the athletic training program, where she assisted certified athletic trainers during practices and games.
