Denison also captured four North Coast Athletic Conference Tournament titles, two regular-season conference crowns and posted a 104-39 overall record and a 13-1 conference tournament record during that five-year span. White primarily worked with the post position players including Denison Hall of Fame inductee Kristen Sheffield (2003-07) and 1,000-point scorer Carolyn Simpson (2005-09). Denison compiled a 186-93 record during his first 10 seasons.

Prior to his time in Granville, White spent nine seasons coaching women’s basketball at Lakewood High School. While at Lakewood, White coached former Denison players Jessica McConnell (2000-04) and Emma Woodward (2001-05). Woodward was a 1,000 point scorer for the Big Red, the NCAC Player of the Year as a senior and a Denison Hall of Fame Inductee in 2020.
