2019 (Junior): Named second-team All-NCAC ... made 20 starts in the pitching circle for the Big Red ... in 24 appearances, Welch posted a 9-6 record with two saves, a 2.53 ERA and 83 strikeouts in 119 innings of work ... finished with 10 complete games ... named NCAC Pitcher of the Week after she tallied a new career-high with nine strikeouts in back-to-back wins over Kenyon (April 17) and Ohio Wesleyan (April 20) ... named to the NCAC All-Tournament Team.
