2022 (Junior):

Ran in all seven races, including the NCAC Championships and Great Lakes Championships
Ran a career-best 4M time of 22:15.9 and finished 16th in the Wooster Invitational (Sept. 1)
Ran a career-best 8k time of 26:29.3 and finished 133rd at the Great Lakes Championships (Nov. 12)
Finished all seven races in the top five performers for Denison
Finished sixth for his best finish at the Wooster Dual Meet (Sept. 22)
Finished 27th at the NCAC Championships with a time of 28:08.2

2021 (Sophomore):

Ran in all seven races, including the NCAC Championships and Great Lakes Region Championships, in his first full season
Ran a career-best 5k time of 17:04.8 and finished eighth in his first collegiate race at the Kenyon Tri (Sept. 3)
Finished 24th (27:39.6) in his first collegiate 8k race at the NCAC Preview (Sept. 11)
Had his best overall finish (5th; 17:11.9) in the Wooster Dual Meet (Sept. 21)
Finished 23rd while running a career-best 8k time of 27:27.8 at the North Coast Athletic Conference Championships (Oct. 30)
Was the fourth fastest Denison runner at the NCAC Championships
Finished as the fourth fastest Denison runner for four races in a row culminating with the NCAC Championships
Finished 175th (28:06.6) at the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 13)
