2021-22 (Senior):

• Played in 24 rounds over 10 events
• Finished with a team-low scoring average of 74.0 for the season (tied for the fifth-lowest in a single season in program history) while also leading the Big Red with four top-10 finishes on the year
• Shot both of Denison's two lowest rounds of the year (67 & 68), both at the Wabash Invitational
• Earned two individual first-place finishes and named NCAC Athlete of the Week three times as a senior (10/11/21, 10/18/21 & 3/21/22)
• Tied for first place before falling in a four-hole playoff at the Wabash College Invitational (Oct. 4-5). Mitchell led the field of 70 players in bridles with 18, and was tied for first in par-3 scoring (2.83; -2), tied for second in par-5 scoring (4.42; -7), and tied for sixth in par-4 scoring (4.03' +1). Mitchell's opening-round score of 67 is tied for the third lowest single-round score in the history of Denison men's golf, three behind his own program record of 64 shot back during the 2018-19 season. It was the second time in Mitchell's career he has shot a 67
• Shot even-par during round one and was plus-two overall to win the Denison Fall Invitational Oct. 16-17) by two strokes. Mitchell's win was highlighted by an eagle on hole 15 during round two
• Improved his score by one stroke after each round during the first action of the 2022 Spring semester at the Jekyll Island Collegiate Invitational (72-71-70; 213). Mitchell's performance culminated with a two-under-par score of 70 during round three to finish three-under-par for the tournament and move up 11 spots on the individual leaderboard into a tie for 17th out of 150 total golfers
• At the NCAC Championship, Mitchell (79-78-78; 235) finished in 15th place to earn honorable mention all-conference accolades
• Named to the Division III Ping All-Great Lakes Region Team for the third year in a row
• GCAA All-American Scholar for the third time in his career
• Appeared on the NCAC's Friday Five Interview Feature on 10/15/21
• Graduated with the lowest career scoring average (74.03) in program history

2020-21 (Junior):

• Played in 17 rounds across 10 events
• Had scoring average of 74.9 with a low-round score of 69 (-2) in their match against Ohio Wesleyan
• Picked up one tournament victory, had seven top-5 finishes, and nine top-10 finishes
• Named First-Team All-NCAC
• Tied for 15th at the NCAA Championship
• Named to the Division III Ping All-Great Lakes Region team and Honorable Mention All-America
• GCAA All-American Scholar

2019-20 (Sophomore): 

• Named to the Division III PING All-America third-team
• Aso a member of the PING All-Great Lakes Region team
• NCAA Division III Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar
• Played in 11 rounds across five event
• Was second on the team with a 72.64 scoring average (second-lowest in a season in program history)
• Posted a season-low round of 67 in the second round of Carthage's Tim Kopka Memorial Tournament
• Posted three rounds in the 60s
• Logged two top-5s and three top-10s in five starts
• Tied for third (+1, 145) with teammate Sam Davis at the Centre Fall Invitational
• Tied for third at the O'Briant-Jensen Memorial (-2, 140)
• Named NCAC Player of the Week on Nov. 4 after his performance at the O'Briant-Jenson Memorial in Greensboro

2018-19 (First-Year): 

• Named to the 2019 Golf Coaches Association of America Division III All-Freshman Team
• Played in all 18 rounds for the Big Red while averaging a season score of 74.1
• Set a new varsity record after firing a six-under-par 64 (lowest round in program history) during the second round of the Camp Lejeune Intercollegiate Golf Championship (April 5-7)
• Posted two of Denison's three lowest scores this season (64 & 69)
• Finished with three finishes in the top-five, including a second-place finish at the 2019 Ted Barclay Invitational hosted at the Denison Golf Club (April 27-28)
• Named the NCAC Player of the Week on April 9
