GRANVILLE, Ohio (October 28, 2021) – Denison University Athletics has announced its updated spectator policy for winter sports and varsity athletics contests on campus.  These policies will remain in effect until future notice.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, our priority at Denison has been preserving the safety of our community while providing our student-athletes and coaches with the opportunity to practice and compete. Vaccines continue to be our best defense against COVID-19, and for this reason, we are continuing to require all visitors to campus to be fully vaccinated. We ask those who are unvaccinated to please not visit campus at this time.

The below policies are in effect for all indoor athletics facilities, including Livingston Gymnasium (Basketball), the Trumbull Aquatics Center (Swimming & Diving), Mitchell Fieldhouse (Indoor Track & Field), and the squash courts:

• All campus visitors are required to be vaccinated and should be prepared to show proof of vaccination to gain admission to indoor athletics events.
• All campus visitors are required to wear masks indoors at all times unless eating and drinking.
• Children under the age of 12 will be admitted without proof of vaccination provided they wear a mask at all times.
