The NCAA has announced its list of qualifiers for the 2013 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championship and Denison University will have two representatives competing at the meet in LaCrosse, Wis.

Junior sprinter Tiffany Davis has qualified for the second-straight year and will compete in the 200 meter dash while first-year Aedin Brennan will take part in the women's heptathlon.

Davis gained entry to the meet by logging the nation's 21st fastest time at 25.04.  The fastest time in the 200 meter dash was recorded by Tiarra Goode of Birmingham-Southern at 24.22.  Davis, who was honored as the NCAC Sprinter of the Year earlier this month, will compete in preliminaries of the 200 meter dash at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday (May 23).

Brennan checks into the championship with the eighth-highest total in the heptathlon at 4,629 points.  She was named the NCAC Field Athlete of the Year and in March, Brennan placed 10th at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championship.  She will compete in the 100 hurdles, the high jump, the shot put, and the 200 meter dash on Thursday (May 23).  The event will wrap-up on Friday (May 24) with the long jump, the javelin and the 800 meter run.

The Championship will be streamed live on NCAA.COM and updates of Denison's two competitors will be posted on DenisonBigRed.com on Thursday and Friday night.
