Intramural Sports

 

All current Dension students, faculty, and staff are eligible to participate in intramural sports, except in-season intercollegiate athletes. Students may form independent teams or teams that represent their hall, fraternity, or sorority.

  • Open Dodgeball - sign up through Mon, 1/23

                7:30-9:30pm Mon/Weds - league play begins Mon, 1/30

  • Men's 5 on 5 Basketball - sign up through Mon, 1/23

                6:45-10:45pm Tues/Thurs and 3-7pm Sun - league play begins Thurs, 1/26

  • Women's 5 on 5 Basketball - sign up through Mon, 1/23

                6:45-8:45pm Mon/Weds - league play begins Weds, 2/1

February/March Leagues: Open sports may be comprised of all men, women or coed

  • Open Floor Hockey – sign up through Tues, 2/21

                6:45-9:45pm Mon/Weds – league play begins Wed 2/29

  • Indoor Soccer – sign up through Tues, 2/14

                4:45-10:45pm Tues/Thurs and 3-9pm Sun – league play begins Thurs 3/1

                Only two 2011 varsity soccer players on the court at one time

April Leagues: 

  • Men’s Softball – sign up through Tues, 3/27

                4:30-7:30pm Tues/Thurs and 3:30-6:30pm Sun – league play begins Thurs, 4/5

  • Women’s/Coed Softball – sign up through Tues, 3/27

               4:30-6:30pm Mon/Weds – league play begins Mon, 4/9

               Coed teams must have a minimum of 4 women on the field

  • Coed 3 on 3 Basketball – sign up through Tues, 3/27

               6:30-8:30pm Mon/Weds – league play begins Mon, 4/4

               Only 1 male or 1 female 2012 varsity basketball player on the court at one time

  • Mixed Doubles Tennis – sign up through Tues, 3/27

               7:00-8:00pm Mon/Weds – league play begins Mon, 4/4

               Each team must be comprised of one male and one female
